Online harassment includes:
- Any unwelcome behavior at work counts, words, actions, messages, or gestures.
- Harassment is about impact, not “intention.”
- It can be verbal, physical, digital, emotional, or sexual.
- Power misuse, threats, or creating a hostile environment also qualify.
- Even “jokes,” comments, or repeated unwanted attention can be harassment.
- If it makes you uncomfortable, unsafe, or disrespected it is harassment.
- Prejudicial mindset showing discrimination at the workplaces (may or may not be sexual in nature)

- Every worker has the right to a safe, respectful workplace.
- The law protects you regardless of gender or job status.
- The Workplace Harassment Act applies to all public & private institutions.
- You can file a complaint without fear.
- Retaliation is illegal.

- You have the right to fair hearing, protection, and timely resolution.

- You can file a complaint online or through FOSPAH’s helpline.
- Submit evidence (messages, emails, recordings) if available.

FOSPAH provides free, confidential support for victims of online and workplace harassment.
All complaints are treated with strict confidentiality.
What happens after you file?
Initial review of your complaint
Your complaint is registered and assigned to an investigator within 48 hours.
Notices issued to both parties
Investigation is completed within 30 days with full confidentiality maintained.
Hearing & evidence recording
Hearing will be held and evidence recording will be added
Decision within 60–90 days
And decision will be made about your complaint within 60 to 90 days
